In 2025, the 4 Series will be offered in coupe and convertible forms, and both body styles are comparably equipped and styled. One of the 2025 BMW 4 Series updates is found under the hood. The two powertrain systems are now engineered with mild-hybrid functionality to enhance their capabilities. The entry-level powertrain is a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine that puts out 255 horsepower. The more advanced powertrain is a V6, 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo engine that produces 375 horsepower.
The exterior of the 2025 4 Series has a new look. This begins with two all-new paint colors: Vegas Red Metallic and Cape York Green Metallic. Two updated wheel designs are also available. Long, deep contours across the side panels accompany the flowing profile of the 4 Series. At the rear, the laser-accented taillights are a new addition. In addition, the front end displays a redesigned, vertically mounted grille as well as modern, reshaped LED headlights.

The updated dashboard boasts a curved display screen for the driver’s instruments and the infotainment system. The iDrive 8.5 OS in the infotainment system is new as well.
