9-3-26 I visited Elmhurst Toyota. I had a certain car that I was in the market for and they had one in stock. Before I went to Elmhurst Toyota, I did my research. I read reviews on the store and And looking at those reviews, I found a salesperson that had great reviews. I contacted Melissa, Sales person and set up an appointment. Melissa greeted me and I felt comfortable right away. It was not your typical car buying experience that you read online. She was very nice, patient, listened, very knowledgeable, and I felt like she helped me a lot. We looked at the vehicle I was interested in And took it for a test drive. It was the vehicle I wanted. We talked about the price, we talked about my trading, and about financing. I felt like everything was a fair deal. Then I was introduced to Todd in the finance department. We sat down and talked, and I think we talked more about music than anything else. He was a really cool guy. I would ask to talk to Todd once you get to that point in buying a car. Overall, my experience at Elmhurst Toyota was amazing. I went in apprehensive and thinking this was going to be a bad experience because I have never had a great experience buying a car new or used. If you go to the dealership, ask for Melissa, look up her email number online and talk to her. You will thank me later. Then ask Melissa to talk to Todd when you get to the point of the finances of it. Both make a great dynamic duo! I ended up getting a 2026 Toyota Crown Platinum in finish line red. I’ll be 57 soon and it really suits me. The car is amazing. It rides like a dream, is very luxurious and also has a little pick up and go when you need it. I had a great experience with the Toyota service department! My service provider was Rich. My Toyota RAV 4 had a piece that needed to be replaced that was on recall. They gave me a nice loaner and got everything taken care of. They even vacuumed, washed my car, and fixed my license plate for me! Wonderful experience!

The day I picked up my van I confronted Mario Gaise about his terrible service and he told me word for word "OK, if you dont like it you can get the F out" . Never had a bad experience here till I met Mario. Avoid Mario Gaise when taking your car to get serviced, save yourself the headache.

From our first conversation, it was clear that Joe genuinely wanted to make things right. Shout out to Toyota of Elmhurst on dealing with me while choosing my new 2026 Toyota Crown Platinum two-toned Heavy Metal / Black. I am self admittedly a pain in the neck, with a ton of questions and needs. Edgar was the first person that I met. He ended up being my salesperson. He was kind, courteous and went to bat for me several times regarding my asks and needs. He made me work for it, but he served me well. Thank you Edgar. You’re a good dude! Then I met Jack in finance. He’s a well groomed, well spoken fine young man. He presented all the details of my car, did all the leg work for me regarding all my taxes and title, and he also even had my new license plates available and had them installed on my new car. He was kind and patient and fair with me. Thank you Jack. And last but not 💯 not least, was my Tech guru Andres. This young man is top notch. He’s is one of the most patient people that I’ve ever met. Talk about answering questions….WOW!!, this guy knows it all. His presentation of all the features of my new car brought me from “clueless” status to darn near “expert” status. Not only did he teach me my car, but he set up my Toyota app so that I can talk to my car via my phone. This is such a great tool. He patiently allowed me to go through every button and setup option on my car. Now, my car is truly mine thanks to Andres help. This man is going to go places in his career. He has a perfect attitude, and the world would be a better place with more guys like Andres in it! Thank you so so much brother! Thank you all!
