BMW iX Wins the 2022 Wards 10 Best Interiors and UX Award – BMW of Elmhurst Dealer

When the BMW iX was released earlier this year, it featured an innovative design different from anything the automaker has previously produced. The first-ever all-electric BMW iXs features a futuristic cabin uncluttered by buttons and switches. The BMW Curved Display features a single glass surface containing a 14.9-inch control display and a 12.3-inch information display. At BMW of Elmhurst, we’re pleased to announce the iX received a 2022 Wards 10 Best Interiors and UX award.

BMW’s current iDrive runs on Operating System 8. It features a responsive touchscreen, high-resolution graphics, and natural speech recognition. The driver and passenger can quickly access the BMW iX’s infotainment, driver assistance, and navigation systems, leaving the cabin clean looking. The spacious interior is enhanced by the BMW Curved Display’s frameless design.

The iX’s technology features elegant styling, innovative design, and the high-quality materials that BMW buyers have come to expect from the brand. The iDrive rotary control, seat controls, and audio system volume control can be finished in cut glass.
