Eliminate Hunger at Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot – BMW of Elmhurst Dealer

If you’re ready to get into the Thanksgiving spirit while also taking part in a charitable cause, come participate in the Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, at 9 a.m. This 5K fun run has been held annually in Elmhurst on Thanksgiving Day since 1984. At BMW of Elmhurst, we’re excited to see the entire Elmhurst community come together for a festive day of giving thanks and giving back. We hope you’ll get a chance to take part in this very worthy event.

The mission of the Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot is to eradicate hunger and promote long-term sustainability in DuPage County. Every year, all the funds raised from the Turkey Trot help provide meals to those struggling to feed their families. To date, the Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot has raised nearly $3.9 million and provided almost 4 million meals to the hungry in our area. The Dan Gibbons Foundation continues to commit to its goal of keeping all funds raised within DuPage County.

Date and Time:
The Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot starts at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021.

Location:
The Turkey Trot kicks off at the intersection of Park Ave and Adell Place in Elmhurst and is 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) long.

Registration:
Registration is $35 and $40 on the day of the event. Participants can register in three ways:

   • Saturday, Nov. 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
   • Sunday, Nov. 21, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
