Find Fun at the Fantastic Family Fall Fest – Elmhurst BMW Dealer
Put on your Halloween costumes and get ready for a celebration of autumn. Where? We’re talking about Elmhurst’s Family Fall Fest, of course. All of us at Elmhurst BMW look forward to this event, and we’re happy to report that admission is free this year. Grab the kids and head over to the festival on Saturday, October 14 to experience the best the season has to offer, including Safety Town trick-or-treating, fall games, the pumpkin pitch, balloon animals, an inflatable corn maze, crafts and lots more!
The Elmhurst Park District took over the event this year. In addition to eliminating the admission cost, the organization added some new features this year, such as an autumn-themed backdrop where families can take their own photos.
In a press release, Jim Rogers, Park District Executive Director said: “In the past, the Park District has been an event partner by offering trick-or-treating within Safety Town, and this year we’re excited to add some new features as the organizer of the event,” He complimented the York & Vallette Business Association for the excellent job it has done in past years and explained that the staff of the Park District were eagerly anticipating developing the event even further.
The Elmhurst Police Department will add to the fun by giving away free trick-or-treat bags. Many local businesses will provide games and activities. Food trucks will be on hand to make sure no one leaves hungry.
