Save the Date for Rock the Block Party – BMW of Elmhurst Dealer

At BMW of Elmhurst, we believe there’s no better way to celebrate the end of summer than with a party. Everyone is invited to attend Rock the Block Party, a two-day bash hosted by Elmhurst City Centre on Friday, Sept. 9, and Saturday, Sept. 10. The event begins on Friday at 4 p.m. Ten amazing bands will perform at this free event.

Enjoy menu items from 14 City Centre restaurants, ranging from fast/casual fare to fine dining. Chill with a cold beer as you dance in the street. Stores will be open as usual, so you can get your shopping done during the party.

Friday night’s festivities wrap up at 11 p.m. If you’re not a night owl, you can attend day two of Rock the Block Party, which begins at 11 a.m. Bring the kids; they’ll enjoy the free Kids Zone, open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can grab lunch, dinner, or a tasty snack from the City Centre restaurant booths set up outside on the street. The festivities conclude at 11 p.m. on Saturday.

The free performances continue throughout the day on Saturday with more great Midwestern bands. Dance to the music and enjoy the food booths from City Centre restaurants until the festivities end at 11 p.m. Come downtown to shop locally, soak up the party atmosphere, grab a bite to eat, and hang with your friends and neighbors.
