Most of us won’t be traveling right now, but there are still outdoor adventures to be had when you take the Elmhurst Outdoor History Tours, hosted by the Elmhurst History Museum. These self-guided tours were created by the museum staff to help residents explore our city’s history. You can enjoy a Walking/Biking/Running Tour and a fun Bronze Plaque Adventure Scavenger Hunt. Walking/Biking/Running Tour

Bronze Plaque Adventure Scavenger Hunt
This is the perfect tour for families with children. Try out the 1.5-mile Bronze Plaque Adventure Scavenger Hunt and search for clues on historic plaques scattered around different city locations. Fill in the answers, and you’ll be on your way to becoming an Elmhurst history detective. Post your own photos of the hunt on the museum’s social media pages using #elmhursthistory.
